MARCH 2008 - Third Burner Fires Up At Harrisburg Facility

(Harrisburg, PA) The Harrisburg Resource Recovery facility's third burner is in full operation.  The facility, run by Covanta, achieved this milestone as part of its ongoing efforts to improve facility operations.
