(New Bedford, MA) Covanta is partnering with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, and the Port of Gloucester to remove abandoned fishing equipment from the environment under the "Fishing for Energy" program.
